Stable Housing in ARC Raiders is a simple quest on paper, but the five-item requirement can become annoying if you use every grenade you find before checking your objectives. The item you need is a Lure Grenade, so it helps to keep an eye on available ARC Raiders BluePrints and plan your materials before spending them elsewhere. The quest information confirms the required quantity, but it does not provide a full location-by-location walkthrough.

How Many Lure Grenades Does Stable Housing Need

Stable Housing requires five Lure Grenades. That is the main preparation target. Lure Grenades are Uncommon quick-use grenades designed to pull attention away from you by creating noise and redirecting nearby ARC machines toward the device. Since the requirement is a fixed quantity, finding fewer than five does not complete the objective, and using one during a run leaves you with less progress afterward.

What the Lure Grenade Actually Does

After you throw it, the grenade sticks to the surface it hits and creates a distraction for 15 seconds within a 50-meter radius. It can attach to regular surfaces, ARC machines, and Raiders. That gives it some flexibility during a hectic encounter, although its main value for Stable Housing is simply having five intact grenades ready for the quest.

Check your quest requirements before recycling grenades you may still need.
Keep track of your total instead of assuming one successful scavenging run will provide all five.
Use crafting only after confirming that you have enough Speaker Components and Electrical Components.
Remember that grenades needed for Stable Housing should not be processed for materials.

Finding and Crafting the Required Items

Lure Grenades can come from scavenging, or you can craft them after learning the Lure Grenade Blueprint. That blueprint is rewarded by the Greasing Her Palms quest. Once learned, the recipe is available at Utility Station 2 and costs one Speaker Component plus one Electrical Component for each grenade. Crafting all five therefore requires five of each material, assuming you are starting with none.

Do Not Recycle the Quest Stack by Accident

That can make the item look useful even when you are short on crafting materials, but processing a grenade intended for Stable Housing lowers your quest count.
