Your first task after spawning on the Blue Gate map is to head toward the Security Wing. The easiest way to reach this location is through the Reinforced Reception area, which is positioned on the northern side of ARC Raiders Coins the map.

Once you arrive at Reinforced Reception, look for a zipline leading downward. This zipline provides direct access to the Security Wing, allowing you to quickly enter the underground section of the facility.

After descending into the Security Wing, proceed through the main entrance door and continue forward. You'll encounter a tunnel shortly afterward. Follow the tunnel path and then turn right once you exit it. Not far from the tunnel exit, you should notice a locked room on the right side-this is the location tied to your quest objective.

However, the door won't open normally. You'll need to solve a small environmental puzzle before gaining entry.

Find a Way Into the Locked Room in the Security Wing

The locked room in the Security Wing requires three batteries to power the door's control system. Next to the door's activation button, you'll see three empty sockets, each meant to hold a battery.

Your task is to locate these batteries scattered throughout the Security Wing and bring them back to the door.

Common Battery Spawn Locations

While battery spawns can vary slightly between raids, several locations tend to appear more frequently:

Under the staircase in the main lobby of the Security Wing

Mounted on the wall near a breachable door

Various nearby utility areas and storage spots within the wing

Explore the area carefully and keep an eye out for the distinctive battery units. Once you find one, pick it up and carry it back to the locked door.

Because you must transport each battery manually, this part of the quest can take some time. Be cautious while moving through the area, as enemy players or hostile machines could interrupt your progress.

After collecting all three batteries, insert them into the sockets beside the door. Once the final battery is placed, the door's power will activate, allowing you to open the locked room.

Search the Locked Room for Records on Project Heartwood

With the door unlocked, step inside the room and begin searching for the Project Heartwood records.

Move toward the back-right corner of the room, where you'll find a machine connected to archived recordings. Interact with it to play the stored recording related to Project Heartwood. This step completes the investigation portion of the objective.

However, the quest isn't finished yet.

Shani also needs a specific physical record from the room-a Dusty Film Reel that contains important information.

To locate it, head to the left side of the room. In the corner, you'll find another machine or archive unit. Search it to obtain the Dusty Film Reel, which will be added to your inventory as the key quest item.

Important Tip

Once you pick up the Dusty Film Reel, place it in your Safe Pocket immediately if you have space available.

Doing this ensures that the item will remain in your possession even if you fail to extract successfully. Since the quest requires extraction to cheap ARC Raiders Items complete, protecting the item can save you from repeating the entire objective chain.
