I've camped with waterfiends in the same levels. You should be able to OSRS gold take them out pretty quickly. If you Bork regularly will help add up the blue charms. A burst of rock lobsters could be a great charm, but I view it as a bit unnecessary due to the enormous loss in money you make. Cannoning the bigger demons within the Forinthry dungeon used to be a good source of charms. But I don't know how good the cannon can be in eoc.

If you are camping with in the water, you will be able to easily get the charms needed for 74 by the time the quest becomes available. Be sure to utilize your gemstones, spirit rubies, etc. when you are training! Also think about doing a quest such as While Guthix Sleeps or Blood Runs Deep both of which give you a gigantic amount of experience you can put into summoning.

I'd recommend Slayer. Slayer exposes you to numerous species that all offer plenty of money generally. From the beginning which one is your favorite monster to take down.

Blue Dragons are excellent moneybut the drawback is that it requires 70 agility it to work. In the meantime, you can kill Black Demons, for money, perhaps. The best equipment for you (considering your financial situation) would be:

Melee- Guthan's Gear (Around 3M, however it takes away the need for food in a slayer that can be meleed job) The gear of Verac (1.5M includes an extra prayer) Ranged- I'd recommend Karil's set. I'm not sure how much however. You could always use Royal D'hide, which is offered at a low cost. Mage- Ahrim's set costs 1 million. You can upgrade it to Ganodermic and buy 2007 runescape gold cost around 3M.
